Paul has been associated with this church since 1981 and in that time has undertaken a variety of leadership and teaching roles. He is married to Katrina and has two adult children. Paul works as a psychologist in private practice which combines his educational and psychology training with Christian ministry.

 Belinda Coulter has been a member of this church for 10 years. She is married to Tim and they have two children, Hannah and Joseph. Belinda works as a paediatrician at Rotorua Hospital. We believe Belinda brings to the team wisdom, maturity, a fresh perspective, and a female voice! |
 Doug Gartner is married to Jacky. Doug is between jobs. They have been members at TBC for 19 years. Doug has previously been involved in prison ministry, Awhina Society, and as an Elder. He is currently on the music team and operates the sound desk. Doug sees the challenge for Taupo Baptist Church is to be relevant and in touch with our community. |
 Keith Harrington is married to Ros, and has two children, Emily and Zac. He has been at Taupo Baptist since 2002. Before this he trained at Missionary Training College in Tasmania and then was in Invercargill, church planting for 10 years. He enjoys tennis, reading, DIY, and model trains. Keith is the Senior Leader,at TBC and as such is part of the Eldership team and leads the ministry team leaders, where he also oversees Sunday Services. |
