Jan Carey

jancCommunity:

Jan is married to Brian and has run a private training establishment (PTE) Lakeland Learning for 10 years and looked after an elderly mother for 6 years.  She has lived in Taupo for ever (26 years) and in her street for 24 years. Her family of three are moving out to their own adventures. She tramps a bit, reads a bit, loves people.

 
Dennis McCaskill

dennisYouth/ The Station:

Dennis is married to Melissa and they have two children Emilie and Matthew.  Dennis is new here at Taupo Baptist, but brings a wealth of experience.  Dennis previously headed up Avanti Ministries and run nationwide evangelistic campaigns and he was also a itinerant preacher. He also studied at the Bible College of New Zealand. Dennis enjoys music, golf and rugby.

Mission: Overseen by a team
This is Lorna Chinn, just one of the Overseas Mission Team, that promote and look after overseas missions and the overseas missionary support.
 
Adrienne Walton-Jones

Children:

I have filled this position since August 2010. My family and I have recently moved to Taupo from Wellington. My husband (Peter), has taken a job at Tauhara College as Head of Maths. We have 2 boys Ethan (aged 7) who attends Waipahihi School and James (aged 4) who is currently attending Waipahihi Kindy. I am a trained Occupational Therapist and Hand Therapist, however have not been practicing in this area since our second son was born. I enjoy conversation, coffee, watching sports and spending time with my children and their activities.

 
Wendy Emsley

Church Care/Small Groups:

Wendy, with her husband Chris arrived in Taupo in 1995 with their then 4 year old son Daniel. Prior to commencing her work a TBC in 2006 Wendy worked as a mental health nurse both in community and hospital settings. One of her main passions is to see people on the fringes become connected to a faith community.  Other passions include walking her dog Pepe and gardening.

Keith Harrington
keithKeith Harrington is married to Ros, and has two children, Emily and Zac. He has been at Taupo Baptist since 2002.   Before this he trained at Missionary Training College in Tasmania and then was in Invercargill, church planting for 10 years.  He enjoys tennis, reading, DIY, and model trains. Keith is the Senior Leader,at TBC and as such is part of the Eldership team and leads the ministry team leaders, where he also overseas Sunday Services.
